We are open 7 days a week from 8 am to 7 pm.
Out of hours and weekend (Saturday – Sunday) appointments are available on request and are subject to out of hours rates.

We offer appointments on short notice.

We are covered by most health insurances such as Healix physiotherapy & Osteopathy, Cigna physiotherapy & Osteopathy and WPA physiotherapy & Osteopathy and are recognised and registered AXA physio & osteo, AXA International, Bupa physio UK and Bupa Global & international. Patients insured with these 2 insurances do not have to pay for any treatments with our physiotherapists or osteopaths if they give us pre autorisation number before booking an appointment.

We offer high standard physiotherapy & osteopathy treatments, personal training and Pilates sessions at the Light Centre Monument in the heart of the city of London, at the Light Centre Belgravia near London Victoria Station, at the Light Centre Clapham right next to Clapham Common Station, or at Maison Abbeville in Clapham South. 

We also offer domiciliary / home visit Physiotherapy, Osteopathy and Personal training  in Central London area for patients that can’t come to the clinic.
We are covering all areas of London from zone 1 to zone 2 Appointments in zone 3 & 4 can be arranged depending on our therapists availability. Our Home visit service cannot be booked online so give us a call to arrange your home treatment

Please note, we operate a strict 48 hours cancellation policy. For cancellations made by less than 48 hours notice or if you do not turn up for your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee.
