Once WPA confirms your excess is due after claiming, the amount will be automatically charged. No payment can be deducted before receiving WPA authorisation.
- By debit card over the phone:After receiving our WPA excess confirmation email, you can call us on 0207 125 0262 to pay by debit card. (Please note, we do not accept credit cards or Amex).
- By bank transfer:You can transfer the payment directly using the bank details included in WPA excess confirmation email as soon as you receive it.
