Call your insurer provider Axa PPP & Axa International
Let them know you wish to book an osteopathy appointment with our Axa PPP & Axa International registered osteopath by providing them:
The name of our company: Excellence Physiotherapy
And our registration number: ZZ03607 for our Belgravia, ZZ03606 for Moorgate – Monument and Clapham clinic ZZ04669 as well as for home visits

- Your Axa membership number
- Your authorisation number and if it is a practice authorisation number or a home visit one
- The number of sessions they authorised

Home visits: Axa PPP & Axa International health insurances usually give you a practice authorisation. If you wish for home visits, make sure to ask them if they allow you to receive sessions at your place with one of our Axa PPP & Axa International recognised osteopaths. Home visits are for London zones 1 and 2. For patients who don’t obtain a home visit authorisation number but still prefer having home visits or for patients who live further, travel fees will apply.

If you have used the full amount of sessions and your condition still needs treatments, you will need to call Axa PPP or Axa International so they can provide you a new authorisation number.
Excess: it is also necessary to know if you have an excess on your Axa PPP or Axa International contract as you will have to pay this amount to us directly after we invoice them for you. To avoid the hassle of this excess payment we have an automatic program which deduce only the excess you are using with us once Axa as confirmed us the excess must be taken. If you wish to use our secure program, let our secretary knows when you book your appointment and provide her your details.
