Exercise doesn’t only help us keep fit and healthy but also to feel happier, as it increases our levels of endorphins and serotonin. Exercising doesn’t necessarily mean joining a gym and attending classes religiously. Everyone can work out at their own time and space and according to their abilities and level of fitness.

The best way to exercise, whether this is for fitness or weight loss, is with a personal trainer, who can create a training programme bespoke to your abilities and aiming to your personal goals.

Excellence Physiotherapy can offer you personal training by our Physiotherapist / Fitness Instructor / personal trainer / osteopath. Due to his detailed knowledge of human anatomy and how muscles work, our London personal trainer can work with you to create a specific exercise programme that will target the areas you want in the most effective and safe way possible. He can offer this service to an individual, as personal training, or to a small group, if you want to exercise together with your friends in London, in order to have more fun and to support each other in your goals. The personal trainer/ fitness coach can visit you at home or at work in London, or if you prefer you can visit us at either of the two Light Centre practices: Belgravia near Victoria station, or London Wall near Moorgate station, in the heart of the City.

Our London Fitness physiotherapist will follow a varied programme so you can keep motivated and they will also give you sets of exercises that you can do on your own in between sessions.

If you have never exercised before, but believe that you would benefit by starting a fitness programme, our London Physiotherapist/Fitness Instructor can propose you an introductory session, during which they will check your fitness level and check any injuries you are worried about, or physical limitations you believe might affect your fitness. They will help you set clear goals and will create your bespoke exercise programme. You can then decide how many times per week you would like to train with them.
